HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BUILD A HOUSE?

This will depend on a range of factors relating to the proposed development including the site location along with its area and access, type of foundations, type of frame be it masonry, steel or concrete, availability of services in the local area, design factors and the standard of finish required by the client amongst others. Dunvei Construction Consultants work with our Client's to ensure developments meet budget requirements.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRODUCE A BILL OF QUANTITIES?

It generally depends on the size, value and complexity of a project. However if you provide us with the floor plans and drawings we can provide you with an accurate quotation and timescale.
