OUR SERVICES
QUANTITY TAKEOFF'S
We use the architectural, structural drawings and specification documents you provide to quantify all the materials needed to complete the project. You can then apply your own material prices and labour rates for quoting and tendering purposes. We customise and tailor our takeoff to accommodate individual preferences and requirements. You are provided with an adjustable Excel sheet and marked up PDF plans/drawings.
ESTIMATES
Type 1: Budget Estimate
A priced BOQ, based on concept drawings, artist impressions and basic designs. Assumptions will be made where there is a lack of detailed drawings and documentation especially when a project is in the early design stage, this estimate enables you to still acquire a basic estimate for the project. In the full absence of any drawings/designs this estimate will be based on similar like for like comparable projects. Prices allocated can be from either your own provided rates, or our industry standard rates specific to the location. You are provided with an adjustable Excel sheet.

Type 2: Standard Estimate
Suited to developers, builders and main contractors. This estimate type can be for all trades involved in a project or just a specific trade. We require your detailed structural, architectural and specification documents. This estimate is a priced BOQ using all-in rates which include labour, plant, wastage and material and are allocated to a UOM (e.g M2, M3, LM). Prices allocated can be from either your own provided rates, or our industry standard rates specific to the location. We can customise and tailor our estimates to accommodate your individual preferences and requirements. You are provided with an adjustable Excel sheet and marked up PDF plans/drawings.

Type 3: Detailed Estimate
Suited to general builders and sub contractors. This estimate type can be for all trades involved in a project or just a specific trade. We require your detailed structural, architectural and specification documents. This estimate is a further breakdown of a 'Type 2 - Standard Estimate'. Every measurable unit has itemised pricing for material, labour, plant, waste and profit. Ideal for clients who need to adjust labour, material, wastage or margins. Prices allocated can be from either your own provided material supplier and labour rates, or our industry standard rates specific to the location. You can alter and adjust the figures as required in the individual sections of the estimate, and we can customise and tailor our estimates to accommodate your individual preferences and requirements. You are provided with an adjustable Excel sheet and marked up PDF plans/drawings.
QUANTITYÂ SURVEYING
Our team of experienced and qualified quantity surveyors undertake all quantity surveying related professional services, including but not limited to: Construction planning; Project Consulting; Cost management; Detailed accurate budget estimations for planning, procurement and construction stages; Life cycle maintenance works projections; Procurement advisory during tendering; Risk management and associated calculation; Contracting party dispute resolution and Insurance replacement estimates. Plus many more quantity surveying related services tailored to your needs.
VARIATION ASSISTANCE
Changes to the scope of work in construction contracts are generally unavoidable. Having the necessary ability to be able to claim and action all additional work is critical to maintaining your project’s bottom-line.
We can assist subcontractors to strategically manage contractual variations throughout the lifecycle of their construction projects. Our team of experts assist our clients in identifying potential variations by comparing contractual drawings to any revised drawings which may be released during the construction phase. We can also review our clients contract/purchase orders and rates to assist with submitting the variations claims.
